compline clusters

As Pulau NTU is located at the far west end of Singapore, many of us choose to stay in hall. As a way to bond with community and to encourage prayer, CSA initiated this idea of compline clusters. On most nights, those staying in the same hall cluster will gather together to pray the divine office before heading off to sleep. Fellowship and supper comes as a bonus on some nights as well!

Read Tasha's testimony on compline clusters below.

Saying the daily Compline with a group of brothers and sisters from my Hall cluster had brought me closer to Jesus and the wider community in CSA. When I entered community, I entered alone and did not know anybody. However, I got to know many of the brothers and sisters who lived closely beside me in NTU through saying the Compline together every night and strong kingdom friendships were forged. I found myself consistently going for the nightly prayers because it was a great way to conclude the day, and to reflect on all of the events which happened throughout the busy school day. Cluster compline has definitely helped me grow in faith. It has even brought me a ‘mini community’ that I can have late night fellowship with!
